Our Machinery
Our machinery is state of the art, fast and flexible. We work with everything from small prototype series to large production series. We have many years of experience in PCB fabrication with SMT and Through-hole and other related processing stages. We work in an ESD protected production environment.

- YSM10 is a modern, flexible, reliable and fast pick and place machine.
- 46.000 chip components per hour.
- 0201 to large headers 55mm x 100mm.
- TQFP, BGA, uBGA, CSP and other components.
- Max height of a component is 15mm.
WAVESOLDERING
Ersa ETS 330
- Wave soldering machine with sprayfluxer, preheater and the wave soldering unit. It gives a good soldering result for both trough hole components and surface mount components on the solder side.
SCREENPRINTER
Yamaha YCP10
- High performance screenprinter with automatic stencil cleaning system.
- Speed 8 seconds per PCB.
- Print inspection camera checks the result of the print.
REFLOW
Seho GoWave 1030
- A reliable modern convection oven with seven temperature zones that provide great flexibility in setting the thermal profile.
